About Me:

I like to refer to myself as a professional creator of awesomeness (though most others just call me a writer.) I am also the founder, editor, and publisher of Super Searnold Inc. - which (just in case I haven't emphasized this enough) is the only comic book company with a money back guarantee! You've probably already noticed that I don't tend to take myself too seriously. My philosophy is, "What's the point of living if you're not enjoying life?" To this end, my goal as a comic book writer is to help promote a similar fun-loving, life-affirming attitude in my readers. I firmly believe that comic books have the ability to infuse this world with happiness – be it through comedy, philosophical insight, or just plain awesome storytelling. I currently reside in Sacramento, California where I am a proud member of the Sacramento Comics Creators' Group (SCCG) and the Flatlander's Critique Group. My turn ons include smiles, laughter, and the color red.

An Original Tale Of Origin:

You probably already know that every little boy dreams of living the life of a comic book hero. But did you know that comic book heroes often dream of living the life of a little boy? And so it was with Super Searnold – the preeminent champion for stick figure justice! Super Searnold longed to know what existed beyond the confines of the second dimension. But be careful what you wish for, the grass is always greener on the other side, and other parables as well. For one fateful day, the universe granted Super Searnold's wish. Now an ordinary boy, Searnold embarked on a quest to rediscover the sorts of adventures that he once so loved as a stick figure. You now see before you the product of that journey – for Searnold found that only as a writer could he find true dimension in his new 3 dimensional life.
